Often, these technologies are not adaptable or unaffordable in the underdeveloped world, resulting in a recurring technology gap, with negative impacts on growth and development initiatives in these regions. At Atlancific Innovation Management Division, we work to harness new inventions meant to improve lives around the world, especially in the developing regions of Africa; and for the most part, we partner with companies to build sustainable businesses around these inventions.
Most importantly, our goal is to catalyze innovations and streamline inventions that will propel market forces in these markets. In collaboration with a various partners, we seek out patentable new inventions/ innovations for sale, licensing and commercialization. To this end, we will continue to seek out collaborative synergy with governments, NGOs and academic and research organizations, especially in Africa and elsewhere, in order to succeed in this objective.
Furthermore, in collaboration with willing partners, Atlancific is establishing innovation incubators / accelerators in select sites in Canada and Africa, to complement this initiative.
